Why did you buy from DSS Corporation?
We bought because other District Courts in our region had bought from DSS and were happy with the FTR Gold product and the support they receive from DSS.
What were your objectives or goals you wished to achieve when you made the investment?
Our objectives were to receive a reliable product which was user friendly, had a long judicial customer track record (i.e. had been in existence for more than a few years) and affordable.
How were we different than your other choices you were looking at?
Pricing was a factor as well as reputation and service.
Did anything surprise you after your purchase about our offering?
The first time we had to call in for support, we were skeptical that our needs would be addressed immediately. We were pleasantly surprised at the response time. It was really neat to watch DSS Support drill into our system and make the necessary adjustments.
Why would you recommend us?
I would recommend DSS because of product affordability, FTR Gold and very good support.
