Why did you buy from DSS Corporation?
I had heard from several police agencies about DSS Corporation, the 24/7 service and quality of service with the recording products.
What were your objectives or goals you wished to achieve when you made the investment?
Our goals were to obtain an efficient and affordable solution for recording telephone and radio traffic in our 9-1-1 center.
How were we different than your other choices you were looking at?
DSS is different because of their dependability, uninterrupted recording, reputation and reliability.
Did anything surprise you after your purchase about our offering?
There were no surprises which is a good thing. DSS stands by their solutions and works with customers on everything.
Why would you recommend us?
The service DSS provides is impeccable. Every time I need help, Paul, Kevin, Joe or Al are always either on-site or willing to help over the phone. Most problems have to do with user error.
Are there any other comments you would like to make about your investment with us?
Since we are a 24/7 9-1-1 Emergency Center, it is imperative that our equipment is reliable and functioning. With DSS, I know that I can count on the equipment running smoothly at all times.
