Why did you buy from DSS Corporation?
DSS Corporation provided local support which was very beneficial for a successful role out.
What were your objectives or goals you wished to achieve when you made the investment?
Our biggest goal was business process improvement. We wanted to streamline our operations and achieve operational improvement
across all departments.
How were we different than your other choices you were looking at?
DSS Corporation was able to provide customization services with their solution. This was a big differentiator for us.
Did anything surprise you after your purchase about our offering?
DSS Corporation provided a solution that is easy to use. We purchased the solution in 1995 and the software was easy back
then. Today the solution is much more powerful and still very easy to use.
Why would you recommend us?
We could have purchased software from any number of companies but we wanted a solution that would work for us. The solution
would require a partner that can customize the applications and provide integrations so we can grow and continuously improve.
DSS Corporation has been that partner since 1995.
